Medical Technologist - Flow Cytometry

Medical Technologist role focused on Flow Cytometry in Phoenix, AZ. Responsibilities include determining specimen acceptability, performing routine and complex procedures per SOPs, operating and troubleshooting flow cytometry instrumentation, making technical testing decisions, preparing and evaluating reagents/controls, reporting results, performing preventative maintenance and QC, replenishing supplies, assisting with specimen processing, and maintaining a safe work environment. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a related science and at least 1 year of flow cytometry testing experience; ASCP/AMT certification preferred. Strong computer skills and ability to work independently and within a team, with attention to detail and good communication skills. Flexible to overtime or other shifts as needed.
