Provide clinical laboratory support to patients and healthcare providers by ensuring quality, timely test results in compliance with regulatory agencies and hospital policies. Perform laboratory testing following established procedures, correlate findings with disease processes, and integrate data from various departments to achieve accurate test information. Cross-train across laboratory sections and shifts as needed while maintaining safety, accuracy, and appropriate technique. Demonstrate self-direction by participating in education activities and promoting corporate philosophy through effective interaction with patients, families, and staff. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science and eligibility for MT or MLS certification, with one year of experience preferred.
