Job Summary
MLT Per Diem Nights role requiring an Associate’s degree in Laboratory Science and valid MT/MLT registration for high-complexity testing in a blood bank setting. Responsibilities include performing moderate to high complexity testing, post-analytical validation, quality control, pre-analytical processes (patient ID, phlebotomy, specimen labeling, receipt/shipment), equipment maintenance/troubleshooting, and delivering outstanding customer service. Shift is overnight with shift differential; on-site in Willingboro, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- Externship 4-6 months
- Associate’s degree in Laboratory Science
- Valid registration as Medical Laboratory Technician or equivalent (CLIA high complexity)
- New Graduate must pass certification exam within 1 year of hire
