Medical Team Lead (CMA, LPN or RN)

Serve as the primary clinical support for an assigned provider by assisting with nursing and administrative duties to ensure efficient clinic operations. Prepare patients for examinations, treatments, and procedures, while obtaining and documenting patient histories, vital signs, and other clinical information. Administer medications, injections, and perform diagnostic testing within scope of practice, and maintain exam rooms, clinical supplies, and medical equipment. Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR), coordinate referrals and prior authorizations, and support appointment scheduling. Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and all organizational policies. Lead by example, promote teamwork, and assist with training and mentoring clinical staff. Work four 10-hour shifts Monday through Friday with a rotating Saturday shift.
