Job Summary
Travel Registered Nurse for Medical-Surgical Unit in Parkersburg, WV. Night shift (7:00 PM–7:30 AM), 13-week contract with 12-hour shifts. Requires 24 months MedSurg experience, Epic experience, WV or compact license, BLS, and travel-only assignment with no local placement. Floating to additional units may be required; rotation includes infectious disease/isolation precautions. Shift patterns include every other weekend and potential holidays. Remote work is not applicable; on-site assignment at Parkersburg facility with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:5-6 (1:4 with COVID). Mandatory COVID vaccination after submission; references from prior facilities may be requested. Driver’s license required for submission; pre-employment modules may be required. Certifications: BLS.
Required Qualifications
- WV license or compact license
- 24 months MedSurg experience
- Epic experience
- BLS
- COVID vaccination (post-submission)

- block scheduling allowed
- 1 reference from same unit
- 1 manager/supervisor reference
- Driver’s license
- no local submission (<50 miles)
- COVID isolation precautions experience

- Non-local travel required (>50 miles from facility)
