Job Summary
Conduct Medical Surgical Unit nursing with 12 months of relevant experience, including 3 months in the last 12 months. Manage rotating shifts with 4 shifts per week and 12-hour hours, adhering to a 14-day maximum time off policy. Maintain 12 months of travel experience and 3 months of Epic system proficiency. Ensure flu vaccination compliance and submit required BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Provide a Charge/Lead reference from the last two years and hold a current Massachusetts license. Float to additional units and locations as needed within the Mass General Brigham Incorporated network.

- 24 months of experience
- 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience
- 12 months of travel experience
- 3 months of Epic experience
- Massachusetts license
- Flu vaccination
- 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Mass General Brigham Incorporated (Direct) - Main Program and no current placement allowed at Program: Mass General Brigham Incorporated (Direct) - Main Program
- Contingent/temp licensure is not accepted
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- 1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 2 years
- Proof of identification required
