Job Summary
Conduct 12-hour day shifts from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM on a four-shift schedule with every other weekends. Maintain a Florida or compact license and hold at least 12 months of experience, including 3 months within the last year. Provide 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience and submit to BLS certification requirements. Complete mandatory onboarding assessments including the Ascension Core Competencies and EKG Exam with minimum 80% scores. Submit two charge or lead references and a valid driver's license. Ensure claimed residence matches driver's license to qualify for the travel rate.

- Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position
- Driver's license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license
- Ascension Core Competencies required during onboarding; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score, 2 attempts allowed
- Ascension EKG Exam required during onboarding; minimum passing score of 80%, 2 attempts allowed
- Every other weekend
- Any holiday that falls on a regularly scheduled shift
- 5 days maximum time off
- 2 Charge/Lead references required
- Driver's license required for submission
