Job Summary
Conduct Medical Surgical Unit nursing care with 12-hour night shifts, three shifts per week, for a 13-week contract starting August 2026. Maintain Illinois licensure and hold BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications. Provide coverage while floating to additional units or locations as needed. Submit at least one reference from the same specialty and two charge/lead references from the last 12 months. Upload health documents to expedite onboarding. This assignment offers 14 days maximum time off and requires a driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- 24 months of experience
- 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience
- 12 months within the last 36 months
- Illinois license
- Driver's license
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
- At least one reference from the same unit/specialty as the job
- 2 Charge/Lead references from within the last 12 months
- 12 months gap between Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - OSF HealthCare
- No current placement at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - OSF HealthCare
