Job Summary
Conduct Medical Surgical Unit care on a 12-hour night shift rotating weekends or every other weekends. Maintain 36 months of experience with recent Medical Surgical, travel, and Epic system proficiency. Submit to this Wisconsin-based Travel role requiring a license, BLS certification, and references from charge and management. Floating occurs throughout the facility and ThedaCare facilities within a 60-mile radius. No on-call requirements apply.
Required Qualifications
- 36 months of experience
- 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 3 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience
- 3 months of travel experience
- 3 months of Epic experience within the last 12 months
- Wisconsin license or compact license
- Associate Degree or Certificate
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- registered license type
- 1 Charge/Lead reference from within the last 3 years
- 1 Manager/Supervisor reference from within the last 12 months
- Proof of identification
