Job Summary
Provide observation and inpatient care on the Medical Surgical unit using Care Compass for assessments, care tasks, procedures, and patient education. Maintain a 12-hour day shift from 6:15 AM to 6:45 PM, three shifts weekly, with holidays as required and a maximum of 14 days time off. Hold a Colorado or compact license, demonstrate 5 years of Med Surg or ER experience including recent travel work, and possess BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Submit COVID vaccination documentation and a Charge/Lead reference from the last 12 months. Pre-employment modules may be required for on-boarding.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 60 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience
- Travel experience
- 3 months of Cerner experience
- Colorado license or compact license
- COVID vaccination
- No current placement allowed at Program: Medefis Program - Trusted Invoices
- 5 years of Med Surg or Emergency Room experience
- Previous traveler experience
- Holidays as required
- 1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
