Job Summary
Conduct medical-surgical patient care for conditions including COPD, CHF, pneumonia, abdominal pain, pancreatitis, ortho, detox, post-op surgical, and pediatric patients. Manage patients using CPAP, BiPAP, and high flow while assisting respiratory therapy. Read telemetry strips from ICU monitors for documentation. Provide extra hands as a tasker when frequently floating to other units. Work night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM with every other weekend rotation and rotating holidays. No call required. Maintain Maryland or compact license and hold BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications. Apply directly to Trusted without recruiter involvement.
Required Qualifications
- 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years)
- Travel experience
- Experience with Epic
- Maryland license or compact license
- COVID vaccination

- BLS (Basic Life Support)

- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night shifts
- Floating to assist other units as a tasker or extra set of hands
- At least one reference from the same unit/specialty as the job
- Charge/Lead reference from within the last 2 years
