Job Summary
Conduct night shift coverage on the Medical Surgical Unit from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, working three 12-hour shifts weekly with mandatory weekend and holiday coverage. Maintain a minimum of three weekend shifts per four-week schedule period while adhering to a 14-day maximum time off limit. Provide direct patient care requiring 24 months of Medical Surgical experience, including recent travel experience, and hold a valid Michigan RN license. Submit required certifications for BLS and ACLS, complete pre-employment modules, and provide two charge or lead references from the last two years. This assignment offers a 13-week contract starting August 2026 with a rate of $2080 per week.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with any experience within the last 24 months
- Travel experience
- Michigan license
- COVID vaccination
- Holidays and weekends
- Minimum of 3 weekend shifts per 4 week schedule period
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- Charge/Lead references from within the last 2 years
