Job Summary
Conduct medical surgical care on a unit including telemetry and pediatrics coverage. Maintain patient safety and monitor vital signs during 12-hour shifts across a variable schedule. Submit to 3 shifts per week with a maximum of 7 days off per month. Hold a North Dakota or compact license, BLS certification, and NIHSS skills. Provide 2 charge/lead references from the last 2 years and complete required pre-employment modules. This assignment includes facility holidays on 10/31/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/24/2026, 12/25/2026, and 12/31/2026.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 10 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with any experience within the last 36 months (3 years)
- North Dakota license or compact license
- COVID vaccination
- Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement
- Med/Surg, telemetry, and pediatrics
- 7 days maximum time off
