Job Summary
Conduct Medical Surgical Unit nursing care for 12-hour day shifts, three times weekly, with mandatory on-call rotation and a maximum of 14 days time off. Maintain a New Jersey or compact license and hold Basic Life Support certification. Provide 12 months of Medical Surgical experience, including 3 months within the last 12 months, with 3 months of Epic system experience preferred. This travel-only assignment requires living more than 50 miles from the facility and may involve floating to additional units. Submit ADN or Bachelor's degree credentials and complete required pre-employment modules to expedite onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience
- New Jersey license or compact license
- Candidates must live >50 miles from facility
- On-call required
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
Desired Qualifications
- 3 months of Epic experience is preferred
- ADN completion preferred
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree
