Job Summary
Conduct night shift coverage on a general medical surgical unit with a 12-hour schedule, rotating every other weekend and holidays. Maintain a West Virginia or compact license, hold BLS and ACLS certifications, and demonstrate 24 months of medical surgical experience including recent Epic training. Submit to this travel-only assignment requiring a driver's license, COVID vaccination with booster, and references from the last 12 months. Candidates must reside over 65 miles from the facility and cannot be currently placed at HealthTrust Program - Valley Health System. Earn $1970 per week for a 13-week contract starting August 2026.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience
- Experience with Epic
- West Virginia license or compact license
- Travel only, local not allowed
- Live >65 miles from facility
- COVID vaccination
- COVID booster
- Driver's license
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- 2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months
