Job Summary
Conduct Medical Surgical Unit care with 12 months of experience, including 12 months in acute care. Float within a 25-mile radius of the facility as needed. Maintain a 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM shift schedule with 12-hour rotations, three shifts per week. Hold a Kentucky or compact license, BLS certification, and a driver's license. Submit COVID vaccination status and complete required pre-employment modules. Provide a charge/lead reference from the last two years.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with any experience within the last 12 months
- 12 months of acute care experience
- Kentucky license or compact license
- COVID vaccination
- No current placement at Program: HealthTrust Program - LifePoint Health
- Driver's license
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- 1 Charge/Lead reference from within the last 2 years
