Job Summary
Conduct night shift coverage on the Medical Surgical Unit, working 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM with three shifts per week. Manage patient care while adhering to a schedule requiring four weekend shifts every four weeks, with holidays rotating with hospital staff. Maintain a maximum of 10 days off per period and float to additional units or locations as needed. Hold a valid South Carolina or compact license, possess a driver's license, and complete required pre-employment modules. This travel-only assignment requires living more than 50 miles from the facility and includes a 13-week contract starting ASAP.
Required Qualifications
- 24 months of experience
- 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience
- 9 months within the last 12 months
- 9 months of acute care experience within the last 12 months
- South Carolina license or compact license
- Must work 4 weekend shifts every 4-week scheduling period
- Holidays in rotation with Hospital employees
- Must live >50 miles from facility
- No current placement at Program: HealthTrust Program - HCA - South Atlantic Division
- Driver's license
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
- 1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months
