Job Summary
Provide 12-hour day shifts on the Medical Surgical Unit, rotating every other weekend with holidays as needed. Float to all acute care, cardio, and EC units for patient holds. Maintain telemetry coverage for monitored patients on a separate unit. Ensure 24 months of MS experience with recent travel history, including NIHSS and BLS certifications. Submit only if residing over 75 miles from the facility and holding a valid Georgia license.
Required Qualifications
- 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years)
- Travel experience
- Georgia license or compact license
- COVID vaccination
- 12 months gap between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Phoebe Putney
- no current placement at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Phoebe Putney
- Driver's license
- NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to
- 1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months
