Job Summary
Conduct medical surgical nursing care on a 12-hour night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, rotating through four weekend shifts every four weeks. Maintain a 1/6-7 nurse-to-patient ratio while floating to additional units and locations as needed. Hold a valid South Carolina or compact license, possess a driver's license, and complete required pre-employment modules. This travel-only assignment requires living more than 50 miles from the facility and includes a maximum of 10 days time off per 13-week contract.
Required Qualifications
- 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with 9 months within the last 12 months
- 9 months of acute care experience within the last 12 months
- South Carolina license or compact license
- Must work 4 weekend shifts every 4-week scheduling period
- Holidays in rotation with Hospital employees
- 10 days maximum time off
- 1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months
- Driver's license
