Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care for general medical and surgical patients, including short stay procedures, orthopedic, stroke, and remote telemetry-monitored patients. Scope includes EKGs, IV insertion, Foley insertion, assisting with RSI, and point-of-care blood glucose testing. Work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, three shifts per week, with every other weekend and holiday rotation. No call required. Requires 12 continuous months of Medical Surgical Unit experience, 24 months total nursing experience, and a Pennsylvania license. BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory. Driver's license required.
Required Qualifications
- 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with any experience within the last 36 months (3 years)
- 12 months of acute care experience
- 1-2+ years Med Surg experience required
- Unit experience must include 12 continuous months
- Pennsylvania license or compact license
- COVID vaccination required after submission
- Religious and medical declinations accepted
- 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: HealthTrust Program - Tenor Health and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Tenor Health

- 2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

Desired Qualifications
