Job Summary
Conduct night shift coverage on the Medical Surgical Unit, floating between multiple units as needed. Maintain a 12-hour shift schedule with three shifts per week, working from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Hold a valid Oklahoma or compact license, BLS certification, and a driver's license. Maintain a 12-month gap from the HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO) and provide two recent charge/lead references. Submit COVID vaccination status after application. Complete required pre-employment modules and upload certifications to expedite onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience
- Oklahoma license or compact license
- COVID vaccination
- 12 months gap between Staff at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO) and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO)
- 12 months gap between Per Diem at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO) and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO)
- Driver's license
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- 2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months
