Job Summary
Conduct night shift care for adult and geriatric patients on a rotating weekend schedule with no call. Provide 12-hour shifts three times weekly, managing a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6. Maintain a current Alabama or compact license, hold BLS certification, and possess 12 months of acute care experience including 60 months in medical surgical units. Submit to pre-employment modules and upload required certifications to expedite onboarding. This assignment offers 14 days of maximum time off and runs for 13 weeks starting September 2026.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 60 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with any experience within the last 12 months
- 12 months of acute care experience
- Alabama license or compact license
- Local & travel allowed
- COVID vaccination
- No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - LifePoint Health
- Driver's license
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
