Job Summary
Conduct night shifts on the Medical Surgical Unit, providing direct patient care with a 12-hour rotation three times weekly. Float across multiple units as needed while maintaining an Oklahoma or compact license and holding current BLS certification. Maintain a 24-month experience requirement, including 3 months in the last 12 months, and complete required pre-employment modules and reference checks. COVID vaccination is mandatory, and candidates must adhere to specific gap requirements regarding prior placements at the HealthTrust Program. Work between 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM with a maximum of five days off, noting facility holidays including September 7, November 26, December 25, December 31, January 1, May 31, and July 4.
Required Qualifications
- 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience
- Oklahoma license or compact license
- COVID vaccination
- 12 months gap between Staff at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO) and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO)
- 12 months gap between Per Diem at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO) and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO)
- Driver's license
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
