Job Summary
Conduct Medical Surgical Unit care with 24 months of relevant experience, including at least 3 months in the last 12 months. Maintain a Pennsylvania or compact license and complete required pre-employment modules, including NIHSS and BLS certifications. Submit Charge/Lead references from the past two years and provide proof of identification. Work variable shifts, 12 hours per shift, three times weekly, with a maximum of 14 days time off and no on-call rotation. This assignment spans 13 weeks starting August 2026 for Trusted, which streamlines direct applications to eliminate recruiter calls and increase transparency.

- Pennsylvania license or compact license
- 12 months gap between Staff at Program: UPMC (SimplifyVMS) Direct Program
- No current placement at Program: UPMC (SimplifyVMS) Direct Program
- Recent PA fingerprint results
- PA Child Abuse Clearance Results (obtained within <5 years)
- NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- 14 days maximum time off
- 2 Charge/Lead references from within the last 2 years
- Proof of identification
- Registered license type
- PA license state
