Job Summary
Conduct Medical Surgical Unit nursing care with 12-hour night shifts, three shifts weekly, and a maximum of seven days off. Maintain a Georgia or compact license and hold BLS and NIHSS certifications. Provide float experience where applicable, as it does not count toward the 24-month unit requirement. Submit two charge/lead references from the last 12 months and complete required pre-employment modules. Live more than 50 miles from the facility for this travel-only assignment.
Required Qualifications
- 18 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with any experience within the last 36 months (3 years)
- Georgia license or compact license
- Live >50 miles from facility
- No current placement at Program: AMN Program - Emory Healthcare
- PD experience
- 7 days maximum time off
- 2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months
- Proof of identification
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
- Registered license type
