Job Summary
Conduct Medical Surgical Unit nursing duties including EKGs, Glums, and venipuncture. Maintain 24 months of MSU experience with 9 months in the last 12 months, plus 24 months total acute care experience within the last 12 months. Operate a 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM shift with rotating weekends, working 36 hours per week. Hold a Georgia or compact license and possess a driver's license. This travel-only assignment requires living more than 50 miles from the facility and may involve floating to additional units. Candidates must have a Charge/Lead reference from the last 12 months and complete required pre-employment modules.
Required Qualifications
- 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with 9 months within the last 12 months
- 9 months of acute care experience within the last 12 months
- Georgia license or compact license
- Travel only, local not allowed
- Candidates must live >50 miles from facility
- No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - HCA - South Atlantic Division
- Driver's license
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
