Job Summary
Conduct medical surgical unit care with 12-hour night shifts, rotating every other weekend. Provide 24 months of acute care experience, including 12 months in medical surgical units and 3 months with Cerner systems. Maintain Arkansas or compact licensure, hold BLS and ACLS certifications, and submit to COVID vaccination requirements. Complete pre-employment modules and upload health documents to expedite onboarding. This auto-offer position requires a clear response within 24 hours and involves floating to additional units if needed. Candidates must reside over 50 miles from the facility and hold a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with any experience within the last 36 months (3 years)
- 3 months of Cerner experience
- 12 months of acute care experience
- Arkansas license or compact license
- COVID vaccination
- 1+ years recent Med Surg RN experience
- 12 months (1 year) of uninterrupted experience working in the same unit/specialty
- Every other weekend required
- Driver's license
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- 7 days maximum time off
