Job Summary
Travel Medical-Surgical Telemetry RN needed for a night-shift assignment in Lewiston, ME. Requires 12 months of Medical-Surgical/Telemetry experience with 24 months in the unit and Maine (or compact) license. Role includes floating to additional units, travel-only assignment (local not allowed), and living more than 50 miles from the facility. Cerner experience preferred; BLS and ACLS required. Shift is 12 hours (6:45 PM–7:15 AM) with every-other-weekend coverage, three shifts per week; float across inpatient units as needed. Documentation and onboarding prerequisites include uploading certifications and health documents; prior program gap policy applies. Unit focuses on surgical patients with telemetry, managing dysrhythmias, and related care; equipment includes bariatric beds, wound vacs, and Omnicell; ultrasound IV team available during certain hours.
Required Qualifications
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- Maine license or compact license required for submission
- Telemetry unit experience 24 months with 12 months in last 12 months
- Cerner experience preferred
- Floating to additional units and locations
Additional Requirements
