Job Summary
Conduct night shifts in Medical Surgical or Telemetry units, requiring 12 hours per shift across three weekly assignments. Maintain acute care experience and float to additional units or locations as needed. Submit all time off requests directly to the manager upon starting the assignment and provide a Charge/Lead reference within the last 12 months. This travel-only role requires a North Carolina license and driver's license, with an expected contract length of 13 weeks starting ASAP.
Required Qualifications
- 24 months of experience
- 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 12 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience
- 9 months within the last 12 months
- 9 months of acute care experience within the last 12 months
- North Carolina license or compact license
- Travel only, local not allowed
- Candidates must live >50 miles from facility
- No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - HCA - North Carolina Division
- Driver's license
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
- IV Therapy Certification (Intravenous Therapy Certification)
- 1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months
