Job Summary
Travel LPN assignment in Rochester, NY for 13 weeks on a 12-hour day shift (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM) in Medical Surgical/Telemetry with Epic charting. Responsibilities include extensive patient care duties across ED/med-surg interfaces, vital signs monitoring, oxygen administration, catheter and tube care, SBAR communication, and ensuring isolation precautions. Requires living more than 75 miles from the facility and travel-only assignment. Minimum 12 months of relevant experience in MS/Tele and ED-related care, with experience using Epic. Required Qualifications
- 12 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience
- 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- Experience with Epic is required
- New York license (required for submission)
- Lab completion within 5 calendar days of signing
- Labs must be completed within 48 hours of signing
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Proof of identification required
