MEDICAL SURGICAL RN WIP

Conduct medical surgical nursing care for patients in a busy hospital setting, managing acute and chronic conditions while adhering to safety protocols. Perform daily assessments, administer medications, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
