Medical Surgical RN Part TIme

Provide medical-surgical nursing care to adult patients in a fast-paced unit, including performing comprehensive assessments, developing and updating individualized care plans, administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient progress, and responding to changes in condition. Utilize clinical judgment to prioritize care, maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record, and actively participate in patient and family education to support safe discharge and recovery. Contribute to a positive, inclusive unit environment by precepting new staff when appropriate and engaging in quality and patient safety initiatives such as falls reduction, infection prevention, and pain management.
