Job Summary
Conduct diagnostic and patient monitoring, including detection of acute changes and critical results. Administer therapeutic interventions, manage intravenous therapies, and prevent falls and skin breakdown. Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to implement patient care plans and manage rapidly changing situations. Prioritize multiple patient needs and provide patient comfort, advocacy, and education regarding illness interpretation. Requires Associate of Nursing degree, Registered Nurse status in TN, and BLS certification. Full-time nights shift at Hixson Unit 2 with CommonSpirit Memorial.
