Job Summary
RN on Medical-Surgical units providing continuous assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care; acts as preceptor and charge nurse; demonstrates neuro-focused nursing skills (neuro assessment, airway management, tracheostomy care, ventilator support) and patient education; collaborates with healthcare team to develop and adjust plans of care, discharge planning, and education; utilizes electronic patient records and supports unit policies; maintains patient-centered values of integrity, respect, accountability, and compassion.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate Of An Accredited School Of Nursing
- BSN Preferred
- Valid State Of Connecticut Registered Nurse License
- BLS Required
