Job Summary
RN on Med-Surg units at Yale New Haven Hospital (Saint Raphael Campus) providing continuous nursing care: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; supervise non-RN personnel; serve as charge nurse and preceptor; manage neuro patients, including airway management, suctioning for tracheostomy/ventilated patients, and neuro procedures; develop and document plans of care with patient and family involvement; educate patients and families post-discharge; adherence to unit policies and the YNHHS values; requires BSN or higher and CT RN licensure; strong computer/EMR skills.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate Of An Accredited School Of Nursing; BSN Preferred
- Valid State Of Connecticut Registered Nurse License
- BLS Required
