Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (Med-Surg RN)

Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (Med-Surg RN) with Yale New Haven Hospital seeks RNs to provide comprehensive acute care across multiple Medicine units, including Adult Acute Care Medicine with Telemetry, Renal and Palliative Specialty Medicine, and care for older adults. Responsibilities include assessing patients, developing and documenting individualized plans of care, coordinating with the healthcare team, educating patients and families, and evaluating outcomes. The role includes precepting new staff, acting as charge nurse, and ensuring high-quality service. Required are a Connecticut RN license and BLS certification; BSN is preferred.
