Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (Med-Surg RN)

Medical-Surgical RN on an oncology-focused unit providing assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and supervision of patient care. Responsibilities include developing and documenting individualized plans of care, coordinating with the healthcare team, patient and family education, discharge planning, serving as a preceptor to new staff, and functioning as a charge nurse. Requires competency in neuro nursing skills, including neuro assessments, airway management, and support of patients with tracheostomies and ventilators. BSN preferred; Connecticut RN license; BLS required. Location: Stratford, Wisconsin.
