Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (Med-Surg RN)

Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (Med-Surg RN) on multiple Adult Acute Care Medicine units at Yale New Haven Hospital, Saint Raphael Campus. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care; supervising non‐RN staff; serving as Charge Nurse and Preceptor; coordinating care across the continuum; educating patients and families; and collaborating with the healthcare team.
