Job Summary
Medical Surgical Registered Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the care team. Responsibilities include admission and shift assessments, administering prescribed medications, documenting care, responding to patient needs, and educating patients, families, and caregivers about conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up steps. Requires an RN with ADN or RN Diploma; Bachelor's in Nursing preferred; active RN license in practice state or compact license; BLS within 30 days.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma
- Licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or active compact license
- Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment start date
