Job Summary
Provide 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) in a Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit setting, with experience required in ortho and spine specialties. Float to multiple units as needed while maintaining a 24-month experience baseline, including 3 months in the last 12 months. Maintain a driver's license and complete required pre-employment modules, including BLS certification. Submit to the HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO) with a 12-month gap from prior placements at this facility. Work weekends as required by the facility, with a maximum of 5 days time off, while adhering to specific holiday schedules.
Required Qualifications
- 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 24 months of Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit experience
- Oklahoma license or compact license
- COVID vaccination
- 12 months gap between for Staff at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO) and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO)
- 12 months gap between for Per Diem at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO) and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO)
- Weekends as required by facility
- Driver's license
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- 2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months
