Job Summary
Conduct medical surgical care on the orthopedic unit with a focus on spine specialties, including floating to multiple units as needed. Provide 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) three times weekly, with weekends required and a maximum of five days off. Maintain a driver's license and hold a valid Oklahoma or compact registered nurse license; COVID vaccination is mandatory. Submit BLS certification and charge/lead references from the last 12 months to expedite onboarding. This 13-week travel assignment begins August 24, 2026, with a weekly rate of $1890.
Required Qualifications
- 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 24 months of Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit experience
- Oklahoma license or compact license
- COVID vaccination
- 12 months gap between for Staff at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO) and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO)
- 12 months gap between for Per Diem at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO) and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO)
- Weekends as required by facility
- Driver's license
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- 2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months
