Job Summary
Provide 12-hour night shifts covering adult and geriatric medical-surgical oncology patients, including active treatment and palliative care, with a focus on interpreting tele strips and completing labs within 48 hours. Float to multiple inpatient units as needed while maintaining Massachusetts licensure and 36 months of medical-surgical oncology experience. This assignment involves three shifts per week at UMASS Memorial for 13 weeks, requiring ACLS and BLS certifications, with a 14-day maximum time off allowance.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 36 months of Medical Surgical Oncology experience
- Massachusetts license
- Med Surg / Tele experience
- Must be able to interpret tele strips
- 14 days maximum time off
- 2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months
- Proof of identification
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Registered license type
- MA license state
