Job Summary
Conduct Medical Surgical Oncology care for acute oncology symptoms, thrombocytopenia, neutropenia, sickle cell crisis, and end-of-life care. Manage outpatient patients arriving late to the floor and handle medical overflow. Provide chemotherapy and biotherapy services if ONS certification is held. Work 12-hour day shifts from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM, rotating every other weekend with holiday rotation. Maintain a 14-day maximum time off limit. This 17-week travel assignment requires a Georgia or compact license, 24 months of oncology experience with 12 months in the last 36 months, and travel experience. Candidates must live more than 75 miles from the facility, hold a driver's license, and provide references from the same specialty.

- 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 24 months of Medical Surgical Oncology experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years)
- Travel experience
- Georgia license or compact license
- COVID vaccination
- 12 months gap between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Phoebe Putney

- At least one reference from the same unit/specialty as the job
