Job Summary
Conduct medical surgical oncology care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients while floating to multiple units. Manage patient care with 12-hour night shifts, three shifts per week, and every other weekend and holiday coverage. Maintain a 13-week contract with a maximum 14-day time off allowance. Hold an Ohio or compact license, a BSN, and required certifications including PCCN, CMSRN, CCRN, ACLS, and BLS. Provide a dysrhythmia exam and background in oncology. Candidates must live over 50 miles from the facility and submit proof of identification.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 12 months of Medical Surgical Oncology experience
- Experience with Epic
- Ohio license or compact license
- COVID vaccination

- No current placement at Program: TruStaff Program - Bon Secours Mercy Health
- Dysrhythmia exam
- PCCN (Progressive Care Nursing (Adult))
- CMSRN (Certified Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
- CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse)
- 2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years
- Proof of identification
