Job Summary
RN provides direct patient care in a Medical-Surgical unit, collaborates with physicians and interprofessional health care team to facilitate, coordinate, and maintain compassionate, efficient, quality care and achievement of desired treatment outcomes. Possesses clinical competence in care delivery, medication administration, procedures, and emergency management. Ideal candidate has experience with 1:5 or 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratios. Requires active TX RN license or willingness to obtain one, BSN, and current BLS and ACLS certifications. Benefits include sign-on bonus, relocation package, and shift options with pay differential for night shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Active TX RN license or willingness to obtain one
- BSN
- Current BLS and ACLS certs
- At least one year of medical surgical experience
- Experience with nurse-to-patient ratios 1:5 or 1:6
