Medical Surgical LPN

Provide direct patient care including hygiene support, mobility assistance, and comfort measures. Monitor vital signs, document observations, and report changes in patient condition. Administer medications as prescribed and observe for reactions or side effects. Perform wound care, dressing changes, and assist with procedures within the state LPN scope. Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the care team to support individualized care plans. Assist with discharge planning and provide patient/family education on treatments and recovery. Follow infection control practices and maintain accurate patient records. Work 12-hour days from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm at Saint John Hospital - Leavenworth, KS. Current and valid state license, BLS certificate, and IV certification required. Sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates.
