Job Summary
Provide direct patient care to medical-surgical/rehabilitation patients under RN supervision, aligning with the treatment plan and physician orders. Monitor and document vital signs and patient responses to treatments, collaborate with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute care plans, and foster meaningful connections with patients to support their recovery and rehabilitation goals. Utilize available equipment and technology in a post-acute inpatient setting while contributing to compassionate, personalized care and team-driven outcomes. Required Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations.
- CPR certification.
