Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in diverse acute settings while delegating tasks to LPNs and UAPs per the Ohio Nurse Practice Act. Perform initial and ongoing health status assessments, document interventions to achieve patient outcomes, and revise care plans based on multidisciplinary evaluative data. Participate in process improvement activities focused on safety, quality, and efficiency within a 24/7/365 operation. Requires current Ohio RN license, BLS certification, and a BSN after five years of employment. Variable shifts with 40 weekly hours.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or current Registered Nurse license in good standing with a multi-state compact state
- BLS certification
- BSN required at 5 years of employment
