Job Summary
Conduct Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit care with 24 months of relevant experience, including ICU and MedSurg competency. Provide 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, three times weekly, with flexibility to float to Aspirus Stevens Point, Plover, and Riverview locations. Maintain Wisconsin licensure, hold BLS and ACLS certifications, and adhere to a 13-week contract starting ASAP. Submit to this travel-only assignment requiring a minimum of 50 miles from the facility, with weekend/holiday rotations as needed and no on-call backup requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 24 months of Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit experience with 1 month within the last 12 months
- Travel experience
- ADN completion
- Wisconsin license or compact license
- COVID vaccination
- COVID booster
- 2 years in ICU, Med/Surg experience
- ICU and MedSurg competent
- Willingness to float to Aspirus Stevens Point, Plover and Riverview
- Willingness to work weekend/holiday shifts (2 weekends out of 4)
- Willingness to work holiday rotation
- Willingness to work Fri/Sat nights if on nights, Sat/Sun if scheduled days
- Willingness to pick up additional shifts for sick calls
- 7 days maximum time off
- 1 Charge/Lead reference from within the last 3 years
- 1 Manager/Supervisor reference from within the last 12 months
- Proof of identification
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- Registered license type
