Clinical Nurse Coordinator in Medical-Surgical unit directs nursing care, coordinates admission and discharge processes, collaborates with management to improve outcomes, supports patient-centered care, staff scheduling and training, and ensures compliance with policies. Requires RN licensure with an Associate Degree or RN Diploma; BSN preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
- Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in state(s) of practice and/or active compact license
- Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of start date
